24/7 Emergency Line
We offer our clients 24/7 emergency services. If your furnace quits in the middle of winter or your air conditioner stops working on those hot days, we will be there! Simply contact our office line at 306.979.5333 and if it is after hours you will be prompted with the emergency line information.
One Year Workmanship Warranty – on Every Job!
We offer a one year workmanship warranty for our work. As part of our process, we also register your equipment on your behalf with the suppliers, to ensure that your extended warranty is active. We also provide you with specification sheets during the estimation stage so that you are aware of the warranty the equipment you are installing has.
Journeyperson on EVERY Job
We always have a journeyperson present on site who holds a red seal plumber/gasfitter ticket. We also have a Journeyman who holds a general gasfitter ticket which allows us the ability to complete work on appliances that are over 400,000 BTU, generally in the commercial sector.

On Time for EVERY Appointment
Your time is important! When you book an appointment, whether for an estimate or to complete the work, you are given an appointment time! No timeframe as to when the technician could be arriving having you wait around.
Transparency
All of our estimates and invoices are broken down by cost - equipment (with model number), material, permit, handling fees and labour hours. You are also provided a detailed description of our handling costs as well as specification sheets on the equipment we are recommending you install. This allows you the opportunity to research and ask questions. You should always understand and know what is going into your home!
FREE In-Home Estimates
We offer free in-home estimates for all jobs within Saskatoon and a 25km radius. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, discuss the project and have us answer any questions you may have. After your initial appointment we will send out a detailed job estimate breaking down the costs along with specification sheets and model numbers of the equipment we are recommending.
